Preparation

• Marinate 1Kg chicken pieces in 30g (2 Tbsp) Knorr Spicy Marinade for 12-24 hours.
• Mix 80g (5 Tbsp) Knorr Crispy Coating Mix (Seasoning for flour) in 1Kg all-purpose flour.
• Sieve the flour mixture twice.
• Prepare 1L ice water.
• Heat oil in fryer to 170°C.
• Coat the marinated chicken in the dry flour mix and then dip into ice water for 10 seconds.
• Coat the chicken again in the dry flour mix.
• Deep-fry chicken until golden brown.
• Adjust Knorr Professional Spicy Marinade as desired.

Makes 15KG meat.
