Squid:

Chilli Aioli:

To Serve:

  • Lettuce
  • Lemon, caramelized
  1. Squid:

    • Clean, trim and cut into pieces, score.
    • Combine flour, Knorr Aromat Seasoning Powder and pepper. Dip squid into mix and fry until cooked.
    • Quick fry the capers.
  2. Chilli Aioli:

    • In a bowl, combine Hellmann's Classic Mayonnaise with other ingredients.
  3. To Serve:

    • Serve with squid, lettuce and caramelized lemons.
